An absolute fucking idiot. Doesn't know a damn thing about politics. Won't answer questions on how he campaigned. Won't give a straight answer. Says he cares about the issues, but won't tell us what the issues ARE. 170,000 Democrats voted in the primaries (prob not all democrats). Over 400,000 Republicans voted in their senate primary. Those numbers alone give you a good picture of November 2010.
There is no way in hell the SC Democratic party will give this man their support. It is a PR disaster, and a waste of money. They will recognize there is no way you can make him into a public speaker by November. If he does debate against Jim DeMint, South Carolina's Democrats will be in tears watching the t.v. thinking: this is the best we could get out there??

* Alvin Greene will not answer why he was involuntarily honorably discharged from the military.
* Alvin Greene's Dem Opponent Vic Rawl served twice as long in the military than Greene and retired voluntarily.
* Alvin Greene is unemployed.
* Alvin Greene's Dem Opponent Vic Rawl has been a lawyer all his life.
What the fuck?
This situation either proves:
1. People vote on race in SC
2. Voters are as ignorant as your poli sci professors tell you
3. He is a republican plant
4. The numbers are fudged
5. This is way too fucking ridiculous, it goes beyond conspiracy theories
